Setting the Record Straight: The Truth About His Health When I Left

There has been a lot of misinformation circulating about his health status at the time I left him, specifically regarding claims that he was dying of cancer. I want to make it absolutely clear: he did not have cancer when I left him.

I have been by his side through numerous hospital and clinic visits. I have medical records that confirm this fact, and I have it in writing from the hospital itself. More importantly, he himself has acknowledged this truth. Several people close to me are also aware of the reality because they witnessed these events firsthand.

This is not just a matter of opinion or hearsay; it is a documented fact. I accompanied him to medical appointments multiple times, and the official medical documentation supports what I am saying. The truth is clear, and it cannot be changed by rumors or false narratives.

You may be able to fool others with misinformation, but you cannot fool yourself. The facts stand firm, and I urge everyone to be cautious about what they believe and what they wish for. Truth has a way of coming to light, and it carries consequences.

This article is not just about defending myself or correcting false claims—it is about honoring the truth and ensuring that accurate information is shared. Transparency and honesty matter, especially when it concerns someone’s health and personal history.
