I believe that emotional trauma does not define who you are — it shapes how you survive.

Behind anxiety, emotional exhaustion, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, and self-doubt, there is always a nervous system that has learned to protect you.

My work is about helping you feel safe enough to heal.


Why I Do This Work

My path into trauma therapy and emotional healing did not begin in textbooks.

It began with real human pain, resilience, and survival.

Like many of my clients, I came to understand trauma not only academically — but experientially. I witnessed how emotional injury, psychological abuse, and long-term stress can reshape identity, self-worth, relationships, and nervous system function.

I also learned something powerful:

Healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about returning to yourself.

This understanding shaped my entire professional journey.


My Professional Path

I am a trauma therapist, neuroscience and emotional intelligence practitioner, and women’s empowerment advocate, based in Spain and working internationally through secure virtual sessions.

My training integrates:

Trauma healing must begin with safety.

Without emotional and nervous system safety, insight alone cannot heal.
