Online support for clients in the USA
You don’t have to spend the rest of your life carrying what happened to you.
If you have experienced emotional abuse, coercive control, narcissistic relationship dynamics, family trauma, betrayal, addiction within the family, or a relationship that has gradually eroded your confidence, you may understand intellectually what happened — but still feel stuck emotionally.
I work with women and men who want to understand why their nervous system, emotions and relationships continue to respond to past experiences — and how they can begin to change those patterns.
Specialist support for:
- Emotional and psychological abuse
- Coercive control
- Relationship trauma
- Narcissistic relationship dynamics
- Generational and family trauma
- Attachment wounds
- Anxiety and emotional dysregulation
- Trauma responses and hypervigilance
- Recovery after difficult or abusive relationships
- Rebuilding confidence and self-worth
- Dating and relationships after abuse
- Major life transitions and starting again
- Understanding recurring relationship patterns
A Different Approach to Trauma Recovery
Trauma isn’t simply something that happened in the past.
Your brain and nervous system can continue responding to experiences long after the relationship, situation or person has gone.
My approach combines trauma-informed therapeutic support with neuroscience, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation and an understanding of relationship dynamics.
Together, we explore the connection between:
What happened → what you learned → how your nervous system adapted → how you respond today → what can change.
The goal isn’t simply to talk about your past.
It is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and build practical tools for creating a different future.
For Women 45+: It’s Not Too Late to Start Again
Many of the women I work with have spent decades putting other people first.
They may have raised families, built careers, supported partners, cared for parents or survived relationships that gradually diminished their sense of self.
Then something changes.
Perhaps the relationship ends.
Perhaps the children leave home.
Perhaps retirement arrives.
Perhaps you simply reach the point where you think:
“I don’t want to live like this anymore.”
This can become a powerful turning point.
Therapy and personal development at this stage of life can be about more than recovering from the past.
It can be about discovering who you are when you are no longer living according to somebody else’s expectations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with clients in the USA?
Yes. Online sessions can be provided internationally, subject to the professional and legal requirements applicable to the client’s location.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or know exactly what is wrong. The initial consultation can help establish what kind of support may be appropriate.
Do you work specifically with women and men over 45?
Yes. This is an important part of my work, particularly women rebuilding their lives after long-term relationship difficulties, emotional abuse or major life transitions.
Can you help me understand an abusive relationship?
Yes. We can explore patterns such as coercive control, emotional manipulation, boundary violations, trauma responses and relationship dynamics.
Are sessions confidential?
Sessions are treated as confidential within the applicable professional and legal framework.
