  1. I really do. I’ve got bipolar disorder but have learned they never actually diagnosed it as that, instead they diagnosed me with EUPD in an appointment with a total stranger, lasting about 40 minutes, answering highly subjective and easily ticked off boxes just two weeks after having to report a rape ordeal.

    I’m not getting any treatment at all for my c ptsd either, which is a nightmare!

    I don’t know where to start.

    I’ve had too much recent trauma to try taking on EMDR again just yet, out of plain sensible decision making there!

    What would you recommend?
