Why I’m Creating This

As a trauma therapist and advocate who has walked through the long, often lonely road of recovery, I know how powerful it is to feel understood. Sometimes, just hearing “Me too. I see you. You’re not crazy” can change everything.

That’s why I’m creating this space—for you, and for every brave soul who needs someone to sit beside them in the dark until they find their light again.

Final Words

Healing from abuse isn’t linear. Some days are full of strength. Others, it’s a victory just to get out of bed. No matter where you are in your journey, I want you to know:

🕊 You are not alone
🕊 You are not to blame
🕊 And you deserve a life free of fear, filled with peace, and grounded in love

Our community is waiting for you.
We see you. We believe you.
And we’re here when you’re ready.
