🌙 The 15-Minute Heart Reset Ritual

(Best done once or twice a day — morning or before bed)

🕯️ Step 1: Create a quiet space (2 minutes)

  • Sit somewhere private.
  • Light a candle or dim the lights.
  • Turn off notifications.
  • Take three slow, deep breaths:
    • Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
    • Hold for 2
    • Exhale through your mouth for 6
    • Repeat until you feel your shoulders drop.

đź’” Step 2: Feel your truth (3 minutes)

  • Place your hand on your heart.
  • Say quietly:“It’s okay to miss him. It’s okay to still care. But I also care about myself.”
  • Let any emotion come up — tears, warmth, even anger.
Don’t suppress or analyze it. Just breathe through it.

đź’« Step 3: Reconnect with your own energy (5 minutes)

  • Close your eyes and imagine a warm light at the center of your chest.
  • See it expanding with every breath — filling your body with peace and steadiness.
  • Then, gently imagine your ex surrounded by their own light, separate from yours.
  • Silently say:“I release the need to chase. I trust that what’s meant for me will return in peace.”
  • Feel the space between you soften but not cling.

🪞 Step 4: Refocus your energy (3 minutes)

  • Think of three things you’re grateful for right now — not about your ex, but your life.
  • Whisper them out loud:“I’m grateful for my strength, my healing, and the love still in my life.”
  • Smile softly, even if it feels small. This resets your nervous system from longing to self-trust.

✨ Step 5: Close and ground (2 minutes)

  • Take a final deep breath.
  • Visualize gently pulling your energy back into your body — like wrapping yourself in calm.
  • End with this affirmation:“I am whole. I am calm. I am open to love, in whatever form it arrives.”

🌹 Optional: After the ritual

  • Journal one short sentence about how you feel.
  • If you get the urge to text or check his profile, take another deep breath first. Let the calm make that decision, not the ache.
