Gratitude for Quiet Support

I am deeply grateful for the supportive network around me — neighbours, friends, colleagues, and even the Guardia Civil. Knowing that people check in on me regularly, notice when something seems off, or reach out if my phone is off or battery is low, makes me feel safe in a way that words cannot fully capture.

It’s not about grand gestures; it’s the consistency, awareness, and care that matters. Their vigilance and presence remind me that I am not alone, and that even small acts of attention can create a real sense of security and peace of mind.

Feeling seen and protected in everyday life is a quiet but powerful form of safety.
