TRUTH: Most are not. Impulsivity ≠ violence. Violence requires many other factors.

TRUTH: Sociopathy is a neurological variant, not a moral category.
MYTH 4: Sociopaths can’t love.
TRUTH: They love in a different style: through loyalty, presence, consistency, and protection.
MYTH 5: They can’t change.
TRUTH: They can — but change comes through self-awareness, structure, and intentional behaviour, not emotional transformations.
MYTH 6: They enjoy hurting people.
TRUTH: Many actually feel frustration or confusion when their actions impact others — because emotional feedback isn’t instinctive.
MYTH 7: Sociopathy is rare.
TRUTH: It exists on a spectrum, and many with traits live normal, pro-social lives without ever being diagnosed.
