Getting Back on Track
There comes a moment when you stop chasing closure from others and start creating it within yourself.
When you stop replaying what broke you, and start rebuilding what anchors you.
Healing isn’t about forgetting — it’s about rebalancing the nervous system that’s been living in survival mode for too long.
It’s about calming the overactive alarm circuits in your brain — the amygdala — and reminding your body that safety exists again.
So today, I’m not chasing explanations, revenge, or validation.
I’m choosing rest, boundaries, quiet mornings, real laughter.
I’m choosing to feed the parts of my mind that want peace, not proof.
This is the season of coming back to myself — of steady breaths, gentle progress, and no more apologies for needing time.
Healing is my priority.
And I’m getting back on track — one calm day at a time.
