But should anyone ever have to choose to live with abuse? That statement alone speaks volumes about their attitude toward abuse. No one should be expected to tolerate it. No one should be told to accept it. Abuse is not a personality trait; it is a destructive and harmful behavior that should never be excused or normalized.
