Alcatel Tracker

If you have an Alcatel tracker and need the police in an emergency, here’s what you can do, depending on the model and features of your device:

  1. SOS Button (if available) – Many Alcatel trackers have an SOS emergency button that, when pressed, sends an alert to predefined emergency contacts. Some models may also send location data automatically. If your contacts include local authorities or a trusted person, they can notify the police.
  2. Real-Time Location Sharing – If the tracker is connected to a mobile app, you or a trusted person can track the location in real time and share it with emergency services.
  3. Call Function (if applicable) – Some Alcatel trackers have a two-way calling feature that allows the user to call a saved emergency number, which could be the police or a guardian.
  4. App Notifications & Geofencing – If the tracker has geofencing, an alert can be triggered when the device moves outside a designated area, which may help in emergencies.

What to Do in an Emergency:

  • If you can call 112 (Europe) or 911 (USA), do so immediately and provide your location.
  • If the tracker has an SOS function, press and hold it to send an alert.
  • If a trusted contact receives your location, they can inform the police and share your real-time position.
  • If you are tracking someone in danger, contact emergency services and provide the live GPS location.
