Your “No Time Wasters” Dating Filter

Think of this as your yes / no system after just a few interactions.


✅ GREEN FLAGS (KEEP EXPLORING)

Only continue if you consistently see:

  • He makes plans and follows through (not vague “we should”)
  • You see effort within 7–10 days (not weeks of texting)
  • He initiates contact as much as you do (balanced energy)
  • He’s clear about what he wants (not “let’s see” forever)
  • You feel calm, not anxious after contact
  • He respects your time and doesn’t disappear

👉 If these are present: keep going slowly.


🚩 RED FLAGS (STOP INVESTING)

Pull back immediately if you see:

  • Long gaps (days or weeks) with no proper explanation
  • Only late-night texting or vague contact
  • No concrete plan to meet you
  • Hot-and-cold behaviour (intense then disappears)
  • You feel confused, unsure, or “waiting”
  • He says he’s interested but shows little action

👉 One or two of these is a warning.
👉 Several = he is not available emotionally.


⏱️ THE 2–2–2 RULE (VERY IMPORTANT)

Use this early in dating:

  • 2 days of chatting → should lead to a plan forming
  • 2 attempts from you max (no more chasing)
  • 2 weeks max before meeting in person

If it hasn’t moved forward by then → move on


🧠 THE MOST IMPORTANT TEST

Ask yourself after every interaction:

“Am I being chosen… or am I waiting to be chosen?”

If you are waiting → he’s not your man.

  • You do not audition for attention
  • You do not chase clarity
  • You do not accept confusion as “normal dating”

You only invest where there is mutual effort + consistency
