MASTER LIST

1. Financial Documents

  • Bank statements showing daughter’s address.
  • Bank statements showing sister’s address.
  • Evidence of bank account changes, transfers, or unusual activity.
  • Tax returns.
  • Pension statements.
  • Documentation of debts left unpaid and passed on to you.
  • Any financial correspondence sent to incorrect or manipulated addresses.

2. Medical & Health Documentation

  • Hospital report showing no cancer (contradicting claims).
  • Doctors’ reports (UK, France, Spain).
  • Psychologists’ reports (France & Spain).
  • Medical files demonstrating inconsistencies, false claims, or manipulation.
  • Records of treatments claimed but not actually received.

3. Digital Evidence

  • Mobile phone evidence:
    • Text messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS.
    • Voicemail recordings.
    • Voice recordings (saved from phone).
  • Cloud backup from wiped computer.
  • Cloud backup from security cameras.
  • Metadata, timestamps, and location info.
  • Emails, access logs, and deleted data recovery.

4. Will, Legal, and Estate Documents

  • Changed will handled by a struck‑off solicitor.
  • Correspondence involving that solicitor.
  • Evidence of improper legal advice or involvement.
  • Any estate or property documents connected to financial control or coercion.

5. Police, Legal & Official Reports

  • France police reports.
  • Spain police reports.
  • UK police logs (if any).
  • Any statements you have given previously.
  • Any attempts by him to mislead officials.

6. Witness Evidence

  • Witness statements from friends, neighbours, or family aware of behaviour.
  • Statements from professionals (doctors, psychologists, solicitors).
  • Statements confirming manipulation, coercion, or deception.

7. Property, Security & Surveillance Evidence

  • Security camera footage (before and after codes were changed).
  • Documentation showing security camera codes changed without consent.
  • Receipts, bills, and service technician records.
  • Proof of interference with your property or your privacy.

8. Communications & Intimidation

  • Emails.
  • Written letters.
  • Texts pleading, pressuring, or manipulating you (“Don’t divorce me… I’ve changed…” etc.).
  • Any messages contradicting his claims or showing admissions.

9. Miscellaneous but Critically Important

  • Bills and receipts tied to debts he left you to pay.
  • Travel documents or hotel records (if linked to evidence).
  • Calendar events, diaries, notes.
  • Photos of physical items (briefcase, documents, damaged property).
  • Any forensic reports (digital, medical, financial).
  • Screenshots of social media or any threats/harassment.
