Healing Begins the Moment You Choose You ❤️‍🩹✨

I suppose being a therapist—and having access to other brilliant therapists—has given me a head start on my healing journey.
But here’s what I’ve learned: knowing what to do and living it are two very different things.

My healing began over a decade ago when I crossed paths with a beautiful soul—a Reiki healer from Nice.
She trained me over five years, step by step, until I completed all my attunements and became a fully qualified Reiki Master.

It was powerful.
It was transformative.
But what I didn’t know then was that it was just the beginning.

Because true healing—the deep, life-altering kind—can only fully take root when you leave the trauma behind.

You can meditate, journal, align chakras, and study every healing modality under the sun…
But as long as you’re still living in the middle of what’s breaking you, your energy is being poured into survival—not growth.

And now, after walking away from years of emotional turmoil, I finally feel the shift:

  • My body is calming.
  • My spirit feels lighter.
  • My intuition is louder.
  • I am not just helping others heal—I am finally healing myself.

The truth is:

Healing isn’t just something you do—it’s something you allow.
And to allow it, you have to be in an environment where your nervous system feels safe, supported, and free.

Now, I know:
Healing isn’t a destination.
It’s a journey of returning home—to yourself.
And I’m finally there.
