Respect

Not everyone will like you when you start respecting yourself.
Some people were only comfortable with you when they could control you, use you, or keep you confused.

When you set boundaries, their influence weakens.
When you say no, you protect your energy.
When you see clearly, manipulation no longer has a place.

Discomfort and dislike often appear when you stop abandoning yourself.
Being able to sit with that — without explaining, fixing, or shrinking — is real inner strength.

Power is not found in being liked by everyone.
Power is found in being honest with yourself, standing in your truth, and choosing peace over approval. 🌿
