Any appearance at my door, gate, boundary, or immediate vicinity of my home after receipt of this notice constitutes a deliberate breach of my expressed lack of consent and will be treated as evidence of intentional unlawful entry or harassment, thereby strengthening my legal position in any police or judicial proceedings. I am under no legal obligation whatsoever to justify, explain, discuss, negotiate, or respond to any request for access to my home or property. Silence, refusal, or non-engagement does not imply consent and cannot be construed as acquiescence under Spanish law.

This addendum forms an integral part of the original notice and is issued to prevent any false claim of misunderstanding, implied permission, or ambiguity.

Any breach will be acted upon immediately and without further warning.
