Gratitude doesn’t erase the past

Today I’m grounding myself in gratitude.
Not for perfection —
but for the quiet, powerful things helping me rise.

1. My resilience.
I’m still here, still healing, still choosing myself.

2. The safety I’m building, step by step.
Every boundary is a form of self-respect.

3. The people who show up with kindness.
Even small gestures matter.

4. The strength I gained without even realising.
Independence. Clarity. Intuition.

5. The tiny moments of peace in my day.
A warm room. A cup of coffee. A breath that feels lighter.

Gratitude doesn’t erase the past —
it reminds me I’m moving forward.
