So today I am grateful for waking up with my dog in in this beautiful country

I am grateful for the ongoing support of friend’s and family

I am grateful that I am fit and healthy and able to help others struggling

I am grateful for enough money in the bank to buy food an pay my bills

I am grateful I don’t have to go to court anymore

I am grateful  for my health and vitality

I am grateful for seeing the truth

I am grateful for truth and honesty

I am grateful for faith and belief in something greater than me

I am grateful for life
