Spanish common law (the código civil) considers that any gains, benefits and assets that either spouse acquired, purchased or inherited before and during the marriage will become common assets. Mr. Turner’s lawyer tells me that he would be willing to sign an amicable divorce with the agreement of the sale of the house but he gets 65% of the sale price and you get 35%. And they also say that if we don’t reach an agreement, Mr Turner will claim the entire property.

– He keeps the dog
– You must withdraw the complaint and court proceedings
