Trauma (PTSD and C-PTSD)) should not be a life sentence. Therapies like EMDR is a brain-body based therapy, which can be used to tap into the part of the brain called the limbic system which goes beyond talking therapy. I use an EMDR method called Butterfly Tapping on my clients, which uses a bi lateral stimulation of crossing the arms and tapping each side.
